When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is the sum of handling time and shipping time. Estimated processing times are listed on the product page, with some popular styles shipping within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Free shipping usually takes about 7-14 business days and standard shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days.
What steps should I take if I want to change or modify my order information (e.g. color, size, billing address, shipping method)?
Please note that we can only change/modify your order before shipping. Therefore, please be more careful when placing orders. If there are changes, please feel free to contact us.
Why didn’t I receive an email about my order shipping?
Once you place your order, we will begin processing your order. Estimated processing times are listed on the product page. This processing time does not include shipping time. Once shipped, we will notify you via email. If you can’t find your email 15 days after placing your order, please feel free to contact us.
What should I do if I don’t receive an order confirmation email?
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may be that the email address you filled in when purchasing was incorrect, or the email may have been placed in the spam box. If you need help, please feel free to contact us.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Track My Order” section.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can submit a ticket or chat with us to request a cancellation. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. So please wait for your package to arrive and you can keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery as undelivered packages will be destroyed by the third party logistics.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log into our website to track your order by navigating to Account > My Account > My Orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?
Sometimes shipping information can take a while to update. If your shipment comes from one of our international warehouses, the information may not be updated during shipping or customs clearance. Updates may resume upon arrival at the local transit station. Sometimes, the shipping company may not have updated the package details yet. We will try to update this information for you, or you can submit a ticket for additional assistance.
If I’m not satisfied with your product, can I return it?
certainly. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
- Return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving the package.
- Please return the item in brand new condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
- All promotional items and disposable consumer items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
